A parishioner, Antony Higgins was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2018. Unfortunately, it is terminal.
The family are taking part in mission 5000 to raise money to help find a cure in the future from this terrible disease and raise awareness about it.
His children are doing several 5km runs and he is doing a 5 km motorised wheelchair event to raise awareness.
